Throughout the practice since 2013, the owner – Architect R.K. Gutierrez had done this for residential, mixed use, commercial, and hotel projects in different scales.

Architectural Design / Interior Design


  • 3D Perspectives and Layout Schemes for a proposed project's design concept.
  • Technical drawings such as elevations, sections, floor pattern layout, reflected ceiling plans, power and auxiliary layout that shows the design development of the project.
  • Contract Documents that includes full architectural and engineering plans in blueprint, together with specifications and calculations, signed and sealed with respective consultants to be necessary for permit application.
  • Site visits to ensure quality of design in alignment to the construction.

Interior Fit Out Construction / Renovations


  • Proposed Construction Cost estimate
  • Project Schedule and Scope of Work.
  • Construction team for architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing works.
  • Full Construction management.
